My First Job

It was the end of 2nd semester of my college and there was a long holiday. I was feeling bored and want to do something fruitful. One day a idea struck into my mind and i decided to do a part time job in tuition classes. Above all my tuition teacher(up to 12th) contacted me for any person requiring a part time job and i came forward for joining. The job was just simple i.e. to type out the pamplets on computer (i have done typing classes in 10th) and check the papers(not so simple for me)

I was really excited about the job. The reasong being i was able to get my pocket money by earning. It was really tough for the first 2-3 days, but then it went smoothly. I was feeling proud as i didn't have to ask for my pocket money from my father. I used to buy all my books, clothes, etc. from my wage. That was really a memorable moment.

The most boring part of my job was supervision of test and then paper checking, which i didn't like ever. But as it was part of my job i'have to do it. The most interesting part of my job was typing pamplets----> using computer at its best. Through this, i learned lot of new things. I got aware of lots of features of MS Word. Also, i came to knew about Page Maker on which we used to make our pamplets. Though Page maker didn't have all the facilities MS Word has, but its nice for printing.

I left the job as the college timings were changed. Now i m in the end of my 5 th sem and i will never forget that 2 sems (3rd and 4th) which went like a storm.

Diwali = = No crackers = = enjoyment

If u are thinking that i am going to give u the message to not burn the crackers, prevent nature and all that stuff, then don't read it!
I am here to show u a different approach for diwali. We guys spent a lot of money and time too on crackers and that too for five days. Think it guys in my way.

If you are spending Rs1000 on your crackers then you are really a crack.
You are doing---> 1000Rs = = crackers = = pollution = = few seconds enjoyment
= = an accident = = hospital = = lots of money spent= = lots of miseries = = no enjoyment = = no diwali for few years

My suggestion---> 1000Rs = = 1 more party = = 1 more GF = = all time enjoyment
---> 1000Rs = = 1 more stylish dress = = 1 more style = = 1 more cool guy in college = = more girls approaching u == ...now u can understand ahead
----> 1000Rs = = savings = = gift to GF = = lots of enjoyment
= = gifts to needy = = lots of wishes = = lots of enjoyment
= = .......u can make lots of combination..just think man
So if u think differently u can enjoy diwali in a more better way. So please think differently
More suggestions are welcomed

WORKSHOP ON PLACMENT TRAINING

Recently, we had 3 day workshops on placement recruitment program. The program was organized by the placemenet cell committee of our college thru Globarena. There were six sessions of six different sections of placement program. The first session was of logical and analytical reasoning, second verbal ability, third PI, fourth GD, Fifth verbal-II and sixth arithmetic ability. There were two sessions per day--3hrs per session!!!. There were six different professors for these six sessions and we thoroughly njoyed our sessions, especially the PI and Verbal-II. The techniques they used to teach us were more practical, means they explained us thru games. I participated in the word game in session of Verbal-II and to my surprise, I won. There was another game of numbers in the same session in which my friend AKASH won.

In the end I will tell that such sessions really play an important role in building our mental and physical ability. These session has shown me where I am…in these competitive world and what to do and how to do

Ps NOTE: The pic attested with this blog is not of any of the lecturers of Globarena. Don’t mistaken it. Post comments on the pic if u want of what it says----> he is a visionary..am i right?

JUST DIAL "108"

yes its true...if somewhere ther's fire or if u need a police or if u need an ambulance...JUST DIAL 108..
a few months ago 108 emergency service started in my city and its proving really beneficial to our citizens..the history goes like this.........
108 Emergency Service which began just months ago in Ahmedabad is a statewide facility In a short span of five months, it has been introduced to nine districts of the state. It was started with 14 ambulances.

Interacting with the media CEO of Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI), Venkat Changavalli said that with a fleet of 400 ambulances, the service would be available in all 26 districts. Gujarat is the second state after Andhra Pradesh to have the Service.

EMRI plans to introduce the service in nine others states by the year end. It is a 24x7 free emergency service launched by a non-profit organization EMRI with the concept of public private partnership. The Institute has been set up and funded by B Ramalinga Raju, chairman Satyam Computers and his brothers. Anyone can access the service through toll free number 108.

well have you ever thought of reason for this service being named as "108"??
Actually, the formula goes like this----->(your birth year)+(your age in 2008)=108
and its true for anyone. Just try out

so if u have read this, i m sure u will use this service whenever u r in india next time...yes the service will be going national after few years

Rediff bol-the worst messenger

friends, i am having a rediff account.
one day i decided to go to rediff bol and start chatting with my friends easily. so i downloaded the messenger.(of course the latest one). it worked nicely for me at first. but once the connection got failed and i reconnected...bol hadn't connected yet....it still reads (.....connecting) whenever i try to open rediff bol. all other messengers are working perfectly but this is really a sick. sometimes it may get connected....but most of times it doesn't. i have reinstalled the application almost 10 times
but all in vain
is there any body who can share their experience with me on rediff bol?
